A place name card could be a traditional tent card – a small folded card that stands up on the table. Typically this would feature an element of the wedding stationery design. It would be printed with the guest’s full name – or maybe just their first name if supported by a seating plan.

Alternatively you can produce a place name tag for each guest. Depending on your table setting, the tag could be tied around a napkin or around the cutlery. It could be tied to a wedding favours bag or even a small flower display for each guest. We have even produced larger place name cards that are attached to the back of chairs with decorative ribbon.

Place name cards are packed and supplied in table groups for easy arranging on the day. We supply a few blanks in case there’s any late changes or additions. We realise that a guest list can change so we tend to send out place name cards a week before the wedding date.
