Itinerary

A simple wedding itinerary details events for the wedding day. It has information on taxi pickup times; what time the vintage coach will be picking up to take guests to the church; what transport is being provided from the church to the reception venue. It may include times for the reception – drinks; photography; dinner; speeches. Evening entertainment times; band; fireworks etc.

A wedding timeline may be required for wedding celebrations that take place over more than one day. Especially if your guests are spending some time with you – maybe in your hotel or sharing your chateau wedding venue . You want to look after your guests. A wedding itinerary will give them an idea of what will be taking place.

Events like wine tasting, beauty treatments, golf, croquet, clay pigeon shooting. Followed by meal times and barbecues. And of course information for the wedding day.

A wedding itinerary is usually sent out after the guests have accepted the wedding invitation.
